Welcome to CSU - Monterey Bay University Dining Services

Our website is dedicated to provide you with valuable information about our Dining Program. We offer flexible hours, varied menus, and pleasant surroundings. We offer four distinct and unique experiences... from a sit-down meal at our full-service The Otter Bay, to a variety of cuisines, platforms, and Ala-Carte items, Then on to a Grab-N-Go, late night munchies stop in the Student Center, and finally wrapping it up with catering an event or function for friends, piers, and staff. Feel free to offer your comments and suggestions to any of our staff and management. You will find that our Managers are a group of dedicated professionals with an array of training in Food Service Management and the Culinary Arts. We are glad that you are here and together we can make your dining experience successful!

• Dining Commons
  Dining Commons will close after dinner on Friday, November 21 and re-open on Sunday, November 30 for Dinner

Pack Out Meals
*Pack out meals will be available from the Otter Express for Thursday 11/27 – Saturday 11/29 for pickup on Wednesday 11/26 by 2:00 PM.  All orders for pack out meals must be submitted to the Otter Express by 2:00 PM on Friday, November 21.  Pack out order forms will be available at the Otter Express or at the cashier station at the Dining Commons.
