Dining - The DC Marketplace

A favorite hang out and site of numerous events and special occasions it consists of two separate food courts that can satisfy those hunger pangs-no matter when they arrive. All formats are vegan/vegetarian friendly. As part of our sustainability initiative, all reusable dishware is utilized at this location. We also offer a to-go program that consists of all bio-degradable carry out items. From containers made from bagasse, silverware made potatoes and cups/straws from corn-plastics.
Breakfast - $4.00
We offer freshly baked pastries made daily, along with assorted bagels and cereals (hot and cold). Create your “fruit salad” fruit bar with fresh cut fruit daily. Hot items of our main line and grill to include: made to order breakfast burritos, omelets, eggs and breakfast sides.
Lunch / Dinner - $6.00 / $8.00
During lunch and dinner we open up both food courts to service our campus community. These food courts include food selections from the following platforms: Classics, Salad bar, Soup bar, Deli bar, Exhibition station, Taqueria, and Il Piatto. |

Classics - A rotating menu selection of from scratch entrees along with an altered vegan option for each meal of the day. Accompanied with fresh compatible starches and vegetable selections.

Hand tossed salads made to order with fresh and local ingredients.
Grill - Standard flamed broiled options to include vegan and vegetarian options and deep-fried delectables.

munchies? Then the Otter Express is your place.
Stop by to enjoy a hot-off-the-grill burger from Grill 155, a made-to-order
deli sandwich from Stacks and a wide array of snacks, sundries
and convenience items. For those on the run, check out Smart Market
for a selection of grab-and-go items as well as meals you can reheat
when you are too tired to cook.
